After graduating from UW-Whitewater, he joined his dad and grandfather at Seymour & Associates officially.  Their specialty is accounting and tax work, but they do ~30% advisory/consulting to customers and this is the piece that keeps him in the business. He loves the face to face interaction an helping clients to meet their goals.  Steve shared that several things have shaped his life, one being Stewardship and giving back, the other was a summer job as a playground director at Wilson School.
